Longtime friends Salma and Shona co-founded Soulera Retreats in 2023. With over 7 successful retreats in various locations, including the UK, Portugal, and Morocco, Cairo they are super excited for their upcoming retreat in Lefkada, Greece in 2027.

Included in this retreat is all locally sourced food, cooked by the most wonderful inhouse chefs at the wonderful Lefkada Retreat, accommodation (various types included) and a surprise excursion.

A sample schedule looks as follows:

​

7:30 am - Meditation

7:45 am - Yoga class (vinyasa or hatha)

10 am - Brunch

10 - 12 pm - free time by the pool

12 pm - Pilates / Sculpt / Barre class

1 - 5 pm - free time / excursions 

5 pm - Yin / Restorative Yoga / Sound Healing / Journaling 

6:30 pm - Dinner and hang outs
