Salma 's classes are entitled moksha and are done in a hot and humid environment which increases my ability to attain deeper stretches and to really allow my body to surrender to the poses.The style is a mixture of traditional flow type yoga and Bikram - I find it a perfect balance between a good physical workout and a mind calming process which leaves me rejuvenated physically and mentally.Salma gives clear directions on set up cues and offers hands on adjustments. Her manner is encouraging , honest and warm and she is open to all levels of ability.
